These Official Contest Rules govern all ClashArcade tournaments. They form part of our Terms of Service. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.

There is no cost to enter any ClashArcade tournament. There is nothing to buy, no deposit, no wager, and no in-app purchase anywhere in the Services. Purchase does not improve your chance of winning, because there is nothing to purchase.
Open to legal residents of eligible jurisdictions who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater) at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Clash Arcade Inc. are not eligible.
Eligibility may be verified before any prize is paid. Void where prohibited.
Entry is by playing. Each tournament requires one entry to play a session.
Entries cannot be purchased. Entries have no cash value and are not transferable.
The number of entries granted, the replenishment rate, and the maximum held are shown in the app and may change.
Skill, not chance. Every ClashArcade tournament is decided by player performance.
Because outcomes depend on player skill, no element of a ClashArcade tournament is determined by drawing, lottery, or chance.
Each tournament publishes, in the app, before entry:
The number of prize-winning positions is fixed for each tournament and is displayed before you enter. Where fewer players enter than there are prize positions, only positions actually filled by a qualifying player are awarded.
Prizes are stated and paid in United States dollars. Prizes are credited to your ClashArcade wallet after the tournament closes and results are finalized. Prizes are personal to the winner and are not transferable.
Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes received. Where required by law, we may request tax information before payout and may report prize payments to tax authorities.
Prize money accumulates in your ClashArcade wallet and may be withdrawn once your balance reaches the minimum of US$1.00.
Withdrawals are fulfilled through our third-party payout partner. Available payout methods are shown in the app at the time of withdrawal. Processing times depend on the method and the partner, and are outside our control.
We may require identity verification before fulfilling a withdrawal.
Wallet balances are not bank deposits, are not insured, and earn no interest.
Separately from cash prizes, tournament placements award weekly leaderboard points. Points are a ranking and status system only. Points are not currency, have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for money. Points reset weekly.
Results are final once a tournament is settled and prizes are credited, subject to our right to correct errors.
Scores, rankings, and prize amounts shown in the app before settlement are provisional. Where displayed information conflicts with our server records, our server records control.
We may void, cancel, re-run, or correct any tournament affected by a technical fault, consistent with Section 7 of the Terms of Service. We may void any entry, score, or prize obtained in violation of Section 8 of the Terms of Service.
To raise a question about a result, contact services@clasharcade.com within 30 days of the tournament closing.
We may change these Rules. Changes apply to tournaments beginning after the change is published. The prize structure, closing time, and award time for any individual tournament are fixed at the time that tournament opens and are shown in the app.
